Chocolate chip cookie brownie with Oreo filling

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), the pulp
  • 50 g chocolate (chocolate drops), baking-proof
  • 250 g biscuits (Oreo or similar)
  • 200 g dark chocolate coating
  • 250 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 75 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Line a square baking pan (approx. 20 x 25 cm) or casserole dish with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 175°C. For the chip cookie dough, in a bowl, knead together 175g flour, baking powder, 125g softened butter, 150g sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 egg. Add the chocolate chips and mix in. Spread the dough into the prepared baking pan with a tablespoon. Place the Oreo cookies next to each other on top of the cookie dough. For the brownie batter, chop the chocolate coating and melt it together with 250g butter in a double boiler. Let cool slightly. Using a mixer, mix 3 eggs and 75g sugar into the chocolate butter. Briefly stir in 75g flour. Pour the dough onto the Oreos and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes. Then let cool slightly and cut into small squares.
