Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter, melted
- 150 g yogurt
- 200 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 150 g chocolate, chopped

Loose dough for an Easter lamb and an Easter bunny mold
Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Combine the flour, pudding powder, and baking powder. Stir the flour mixture, butter, and yogurt into the egg mixture. Fold in the chocolate pieces and divide the mixture between the greased lamb mold (0.75 l) and the bunny mold (0.5 l). Bake at 180°C (rabbit approx. 15-20 min, lamb approx. 30 min). Total content: approximately 3385 kcal. It’s also perfect for baking on Easter Sunday or Monday if you have too many chocolate bunnies.
