Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 75 g ground almonds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 75 ml Amaretto
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Easter lamb for adults
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the almonds and baking powder, then stir in the Amaretto. Pour into a greased lamb dish and bake at 180°C for about 35-30 minutes. It will easily keep for 3-4 days!
