Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g butter
- 200 g chocolate, dark
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 7 large eggs
- 275 g flour
- 275 g sugar
- possibly cake icing (chocolate glaze)
- possibly chocolate, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
especially for chocolate fans
Melt the dark chocolate over a pan of simmering water and let it cool. Meanwhile, chop the milk chocolate into medium-sized pieces. Beat the eggs with the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and mix well with the batter. Continue adding the flour a spoonful at a time, mixing the chocolate pieces well into the batter. Spread the batter evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. If desired, you can glaze the brownies with chocolate, or sprinkle more chocolate pieces on top while they’re still hot.
