Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp syrup (raspberry syrup)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 400 ml milk
  • 75 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Quick recipe

Peel and slice the banana. Set aside two slices for garnish. Combine the banana, raspberry syrup, honey, and 200 ml of milk in a blender or a tall glass and puree. Pour into two large glasses and pour in the remaining milk. If desired, whip the cream until stiff and spoon on top. Serve topped with the banana slices.
