Chocolate – cinnamon – waffles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter, soft
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pack of vanilla, liquid
  • 1 pack of flavoring (orange sugar)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (no vanillin)
  • 1 tbsp, levelled cocoa powder
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk together the butter, eggs, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, orange sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Then, combine the flour with the baking powder and fold into the batter alternately with the milk. Finally, fold in the cocoa powder. The batter should be light and fluffy. Let it rest for about 5 minutes. Then, bake the batter in batches to form waffles in a hot waffle iron. Tip: Cherries and whipped cream go very well with these waffles.
