Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs, of which the egg white
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 250 g desiccated coconut
- 125 chocolate (block chocolate), grated

Beat the egg whites until very stiff, gradually adding the sugar and vanilla sugar. Then mix the desiccated coconut with the chocolate, add to the egg mixture, and gently fold in without stirring. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Using two moistened teaspoons, place small mounds of the mixture on the baking sheets. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
