Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml oil
  • 125 g cane sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 175 g flour
  • 75 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 75 g nuts, chopped
  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Whisk the oil and sugar until thick, then stir in the egg. Combine the baking powder, baking soda, flour, and cocoa powder, and stir in the water. Finally, stir in the nut and chocolate pieces. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Drop the dough by the spoonful onto baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake for about 8-10 minutes. Makes about 40 cookies.
