  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 200 g cream cheese

  • 120 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chocolate cookies with sweet filling

Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath, mix the flour with the baking powder, and sift. Vigorously mix 100g of cream cheese and the butter until smooth. Add the sugar and egg and continue stirring until creamy. Now add the melted chocolate and the sifted flour and baking powder mixture and mix until smooth. Spoon into small balls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 175°C for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are firm. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. This allows the cookies to fully harden. Beat the remaining 100g of cream cheese with the powdered sugar until creamy and spread the mixture over half of the cookies. Now just place the other half on top as a lid.
