Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 can coconut milk (natural)
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 150 g chocolate, grated, dark
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- n. B. sugar

Delicious coconut curd cream – prepared in no time and ready to serve
Mix all ingredients and sweeten to taste (I don’t like it too sweet, so I use 2-3 tablespoons of sugar). The cream will set after a few minutes as the desiccated coconut absorbs the moisture. If it gets too solid, simply add a splash of milk. If you make the cream ahead of time and plan to refrigerate it for a longer period, you should add a little more coconut/cow’s milk right away. Fried bananas, canned cherries, mango, or even chocolate sauce go well with this.
