Ingredients for 80 servings:

  • 7 protein
  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 125 g chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Protein utilization

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in the sifted powdered sugar. Lightly fold in the hazelnuts and grated chocolate. Line baking sheets with baking paper and place small mounds of dough (not too large or too densely packed) onto the baking sheet using two teaspoons. Bake for approximately 12-17 minutes at 170°C (electric oven), 150°C (convection oven), or until slightly stiff.
