Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) Flour, smooth
  • 1 cup(s) Flour, strong
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • ½ cup(s) oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 1 handful of breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Simply mix flour, milk, granulated sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, oil, salt, and eggs in a bowl. Grease a Bundt pan (with oil or lard) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour half of the liquid batter into the greased pan. Mix the cocoa powder into the other half, add the raisins, and pour into the pan. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown. To check if it’s cooked through, pierce it with a toothpick. If it stays dry, remove it. Let it cool slightly – about 5 minutes – then turn it out onto a flat plate. Place a cold, damp cloth over the pan (to cool it down), and carefully remove the pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
