Chocolate cookies – the easiest

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 50 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick and easy to make and soooo delicious, makes about 16 pieces

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder over the dough and mix until a soft dough forms (this is best done with your hands). With moistened hands, form 16 walnut-sized balls. Place 8 balls at a time on a baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between them. Dip a fork in water and flatten the balls with the back of the fork. This creates a ridged surface. Moisten the fork frequently! Bake the cookies for 15-18 minutes, until they are slightly firm. Remove the sheet from the oven, let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, and then cool completely on a wire rack. They will become even firmer and slightly moist on the inside as they cool!
