Chocolate cookies with nuts

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 300 g chocolate, chopped
  • 150 g nuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the margarine and sugar until creamy. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time. Mix the vanilla sugar, baking powder, and flour and gradually stir in. Then fold in the chocolate and nuts. Using 2 tablespoons, place tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto baking sheets, leaving plenty of space between them (about 9 mounds per sheet), as the cookies will still rise and spread. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C and then let cool. The cookies will harden slightly, so don’t worry if they’re still a little soft when you remove them.
