Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 130 g flour
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 160 ml milk
  • 80 g butter, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Stir in the cocoa, flour, baking powder, melted butter, and milk. Then carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Fill the muffin cups three-quarters full with batter and bake for about 30 minutes. Tip: For the last 5 minutes, set the oven to 200°C to ensure the muffins are nice and crispy on top.
