Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 50 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 dL Milk
- 200 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Dry yeast
- 50 g Chocolate
Instructions
- Stir eggs and sugar until frothy
- Add oil, salt and milk and mix well
- Add flour with dry yeast to the mixture and stir until the mixture is thick
- Pour the mixture into the muffin molds and press a piece of chocolate into each
- Let rise for 30 minutes at room temperature, then bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes on the lower groove
- 6th recipe makes about 8 muffins
