Ingredients
 

  • 3 Eggs
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,5 dL Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Dry yeast
  • 50 g Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Stir eggs and sugar until frothy
  • Add oil, salt and milk and mix well
  • Add flour with dry yeast to the mixture and stir until the mixture is thick
  • Pour the mixture into the muffin molds and press a piece of chocolate into each
  • Let rise for 30 minutes at room temperature, then bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes on the lower groove
  • 6th recipe makes about 8 muffins
