Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 275 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g butter, melted
- 200 g cranberries
- 150 ml carbonated mineral water
- 100 mg milk
- 50 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g chocolate, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 32 minutes; Total time approx. 47 minutes

Whisk the eggs and sugar. Add the milk, water, and melted butter. Mix in the flour and baking powder and stir well. Now add the cranberries and chocolate and fold in. Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 32 minutes.
