Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g milk chocolate or couverture
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

perfect as a muffin topping

Melt the milk chocolate or couverture in a double boiler. Gradually stir in the crème fraîche. Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. The chocolate cream should now be whipped again briefly. Carefully fold in the cream. Refrigerate until ready to use. Perfect with my chocolate muffins.
