Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 300 g ladyfingers
- 7 tbsp eggnog
- 500 g quark
- 250 g mascarpone
- 75 g sugar
- 150 ml cream
- 400 g applesauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes
Arrange the sponge fingers in a baking dish and drizzle with egg liqueur. Whisk the quark with the mascarpone and sugar until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark cream. Spread the cream evenly over the sponge fingers, drizzle with apple sauce, and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
