Mix the egg white powder with the baking powder, separate the egg, and beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the egg yolks to the egg white powder-baking powder mixture and mix with the milk until creamy. Now fold in the stiff egg whites and bake the dough in a suitable baking dish in the oven at 180°C fan-assisted oven for about 10 minutes. Remove the dough and let it cool. Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese with the lemon juice and sweetener until creamy. Roughly tear the cooled dough apart and knead it with the cream cheese mixture. Now form the mixture into balls with wet hands. Roll the balls in cocoa powder until completely covered. Finally, place the finished balls in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
