with Icelandic cream cheese

Mix the cocoa powder with a little water, then stir in the cream cheese. Stir in the rum, vanilla seeds, and honey to taste. If you don’t like honey, you could also use sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Chill. Peel the kiwis and peaches and cut them into shapes. Trim and wash the berries. Melt the chocolate, perhaps in milk, depending on whether you want it to be more saucey or solid. Using a piping bag, pipe the cream onto plates in attractive shapes. Arrange the fruit around them and decorate with the chocolate mixture. Finally, wash and pick the lemon balm, and garnish with it.
