Chocolate cream dessert with banana

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 packet of no-cook chocolate pudding powder (e.g., Galetta by Dr. Oetker)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Simple and suitable for several people if you need to do it quickly.

Prepare the chocolate pudding mix according to the package instructions. Measure the milk just enough so the pudding doesn’t become too runny. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Peel and slice the bananas. Note: The amount of bananas doesn’t have to be exact. Mix more or fewer bananas into the cream according to your personal preference, or use half a banana for decoration. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding or mix gently. Mix in the banana slices. The dessert is now ready. Either serve the dessert individually in dessert glasses and decorate as desired, or pour everything into a pretty bowl and garnish so everyone can take their own amount. Chill the dessert for about an hour before serving. Tip: It can be refrigerated for longer, but shouldn’t be made the day before. It tastes better fresh.
