Chocolate cream for themed cakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 ml cream
  • 2 packs of cream powder (Paradise Cream white chocolate)
  • Food coloring

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

e.g. for Elsa cake motif

Pour the cream into a mixing bowl, beat on low speed, and then gradually add the cream powder. Continue beating on high speed for about 3 minutes, until the cream is nice and thick. You can then color the cream with food coloring as desired. The cream sets very quickly, sets well, and is easy to pipe.
