Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 600 ml milk
- 400 ml cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 200 g chocolate
- 40 g cornstarch

Bring the milk and 200ml of cream to a boil in a saucepan and add the chocolate pieces. Whether you use milk or dark chocolate is up to you. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. The chocolate will melt naturally. Mix the remaining 200ml of cream with the egg yolk and cornstarch in a shaker. Once the milk is boiling, remove the pan from the heat and vigorously stir in the cream, egg yolk, and cornstarch mixture. Return everything to the heat and bring to a boil briefly. Finally, pour the pudding into dessert bowls or a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours. It also tastes delicious warm!
