Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 200 g chocolate, grated
- 350 g cornflakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Make a batter with the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, baking powder, and flour. Fold in the chocolate and cornflakes. Do not overmix. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes. Bake at 170°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes. Tip: If desired, you can also mix 200g of raisins into the batter.
