Chocolate Duo Cake
The perfect chocolate duo cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Chocolate biscuits
- 100 g Liquid butter
- 400 g Cream
- 400 g Condensed milk
- 2 tbsp Ground gelatin
- 300 g Chocolate white
- 300 g Chocolate
- Chocolate sauce
- Crush 300 g chocolate biscuits in a blender. Add the melted butter and mix well. Put the mixture in a springform pan and press it down well on the bottom. Place more chocolate biscuits upright on the wall of the baking pan.
- Put 2,200 g of cream, 400 g of condensed milk, 300 g of liquid white chocolate and 1 tablespoon of ground gelatine (dissolved in a little water) in a mixing bowl or a food processor and mix well. Put half of this light chocolate cream in the baking pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- For the chocolate layer, put 200 g cream, 300 g melted dark chocolate and 1 tbsp ground gelatin dissolved in water in a mixing bowl and mix well. Put the dark chocolate cream on the light layer in the baking pan. Put the mold in the cold again for 30 minutes.
- Now put the second half of the white chocolate cream on the dark layer in the baking pan. Chill again for 30 minutes. Finally decorate with chocolate sauce.
