Puff Pastry (hearty Filled)

- Puff pastry roll
- Smoked ham
- Cream cheese with pineapple
- Bolognese
- Butter
- Pepper and salt
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees O / U heat. Roll out the dough roll on the work surface and cut into the desired strips and squares.
- Brush the dough strips one after the other with butter – cover ham – spread cream cheese and then roll up. Brush with butter again and place on the baking paper.
- Cut the squares to the desired size and brush with butter. Then add the Bolognese in the middle and pack the packets. I left two squares quite large and wrapped them like a croissant. Now brush everything on the baking paper again with butter and put in the oven.
- After 15-17 minutes everything is baked and can be taken out.
