Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml oil
- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 125 g flour
- 125 g cornstarch
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (heaped tbsp)

juicy and super simple
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Whisk the powdered sugar with the eggs and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in the oil and gradually add the egg liqueur. Combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and cocoa powder and stir into the batter, spoonful by spoonful. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for about 60 minutes. Tip: Cover with dark chocolate glaze!
