Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g dates
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 25 g coconut powder
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Blend the oats, walnuts, coconut powder, and cocoa powder in a blender. Pour boiling water over the dates and let them steep for one minute. Then drain the water. Chop the dates into small pieces and add them to the mixture. Knead with your hands or with a hand mixer fitted with a dough hook until everything is thoroughly blended. Form the mixture into balls and roll them in a bowl with shredded coconut. Tip: They taste even better when chilled in the refrigerator.
