Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 225 g dark chocolate
- 200 g double cream
- 2 tbsp brandy
- Fruits of the season
- Cookie(s), sweet
- possibly marshmallow(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a saucepan with the double cream. Heat the mixture gently, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the brandy. Pour the chocolate sauce into a fondue pot and keep warm over the fondue burner. Serve with fruit and biscuits for dipping.
