Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g oat flakes, fine
- 20 g amaranth
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 50 g chocolate chips, baking-proof
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 6 tbsp agave syrup
- 150 ml water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. The mixture should be sticky. If it’s not, add a little more water. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 150°C (300°F) for about 45 minutes on the middle rack. Turn occasionally to ensure the granola browns evenly. Allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container.
