Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies

The perfect chocolate hazelnut brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Dark chocolate, at least 70%
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 50 g Flour
  • 2 tbsp Hazelnuts
  • 50 g Nut nougat mass
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a warm water bath, then allow to cool. Line a small loaf pan with a length of 20 cm with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (or convection 160 degrees).
  2. Beat the egg until frothy, then stir in the sugar. Beat until thick. Briefly stir in the chocolate mass. Finally stir in the flour briefly.
  3. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and cut the nougat into small cubes. Stir both into the batter. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then leave to cool in the mold and then remove from the mold and cut into 8 pieces.
