Chocolate hiding place for the Christmas season

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 scoops of chocolate
  • 200 g butter, room temperature
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 280 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 52 minutes

Place the sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter in a bowl and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Now add the flour; you’ll see lots of crumbs. Knead these crumbs into a ball, wrap them in cling film, and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. While the dough is refrigerating, preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Then cut the chocolate balls in half. Place the dough on a baking sheet and tear into 15-16 equal-sized pieces. Roll the dough into balls and place half a chocolate ball into each one. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven for about 10-12 minutes.
