Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp water, hot
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 9 large chocolate kisses
  • 8 small chocolate kisses
  • 250 g quark
  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Whisk the eggs and sugar with hot water until frothy. Slowly stir in the flour and baking powder. Once well mixed, pour into a greased cake pan and bake for about 15 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Remove the wafer bases from the large marshmallows, crush the rest, and mix well with the lemon juice and quark. Then lightly fold in the whipped cream and layer everything on the cake base. For decoration, cut the small marshmallows lengthwise and arrange them around the edge of the cake. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
