  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 12 chocolate kisses
  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 25 g sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 600 g cream
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • 4 tbsp water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the four eggs with four tablespoons of hot water until frothy, then mix in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Now briefly and carefully stir in the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch. Line a springform pan with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, cut it in half. Remove the wafers from the marshmallows and mix the foam mixture with the quark, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, and the cream whipped with cream stiffener. Now spread the cream mixture on the bottom cake layer, then place the second layer on top. Spread with the remaining cream. Finally, place the 12 wafer layers of the marshmallows on the cake. You could also add bananas or tangerines to the mixture. The cake can be made a day or two in advance; then it will really soak up the flavor and taste even better.
