Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 9 chocolate kisses
  • 18 chocolate kisses (mini)
  • 400 g quark (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 250 g whipped cream or Cremefine (19% fat), whipped with cream stiffener
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cake base, with edge (sponge cake, fruit base)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Remove the wafer base from the marshmallows. Mix the foam mixture with lemon juice and quark. Then fold in the whipped cream or whipped Cremefine. Spread the mixture in a mound on the cake base and garnish with the wafers. Then chill for about 1 hour. It won’t taste too sweet. For the light version, please use large marshmallows, as they have relatively less chocolate. The calorie count refers to the light version.
