Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 g chocolate (cooking or dark chocolate)
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 125 ml spirit, 96%

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring the milk, vanilla sugar, chocolate, cocoa, and powdered sugar to a boil and simmer gently for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a thick consistency. I use a slightly larger pan to prevent foaming. Let cool and mix with spirit. Makes 750 ml.
