Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 60 ml cream
- 90 g dark chocolate coating
- 30 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the egg whites, sugar, and coconut flakes in a bowl. Place 1 tablespoon of this mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press flat. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Then let cool. Filling: Heat the cream over medium heat until almost boiling. Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Refrigerate until cold and thickened. Spread the mixture on one macaron and place a second one on top.
