Chocolate marshmallows

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bag of marshmallow(s)
  • 1 pack of couverture or chocolate
  • n. B. Hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sounds very sweet, but tastes better than you think, makes about 20 pieces.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Then thread the marshmallows onto skewers and place the chopped hazelnuts in a small bowl. Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate, let them drip dry, and briefly press the tops into the hazelnuts. It’s best to have tall glasses ready beforehand to place the skewers in to cool.
