Chocolate – Mini …

The perfect chocolate – mini … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 60 g Butter
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Drinking cocoa powder z. B. from Nesquick
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Fat for greasing the mold
  • Breadcrumbs
  1. Mix the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Stir in cocoa powder and cream one after the other. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over it and stir with the rest of the mixture.
  2. Grease a small bundt pan (approx. 1 l content) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes (stick test). Let it cool down and carefully fall out of the mold.
  3. If necessary, sprinkle with powdered sugar or coat with couverture.
