Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tofu (silken tofu)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g sugar
- 3 tsp, heaped vanilla sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the mousse into 4 dessert bowls and refrigerate.
