Chocolate mousse in the Thermomix

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g chocolate (milk chocolate)
  • 80 g drink powder (Nesquick, Kaba)
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 500 g cream, well chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the milk chocolate into the Thermomix and chop for 10 seconds/speed 10 (you may need to chop it a little longer or shorter, as you want it to be finely chopped). Now add the Nesquick and cocoa powder and mix for 2 seconds/speed 10. Then add the cream and whip for about 15-20 seconds/speed 6. The preparation with cream is dependent on the weather, so it’s recommended to turn off the Thermomix immediately if it starts to make noise.
