Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 280 g flour
- 130 g sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- 80 ml oil
- Chocolate coating or
- powdered sugar

Combine the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in another. Then, mix all ingredients together briefly with a wooden spoon. The flour may still be a bit lumpy. Grease and flour a muffin tin and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes. Let cool briefly in the tin and then decorate with white chocolate coating or powdered sugar.
