Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g wheat flour
- 40 g almond(s), ground
- 80 g sugar
- 20 g cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g chocolate (70%)
- 1 m.-sized eggs
- 30 ml oil, neutral
- 60 ml buttermilk
- 20 g natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Roughly chop the chocolate and add it to the flour mixture. Mix all wet ingredients together well in another bowl and then quickly stir in the flour mixture. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) on the middle rack for 25 minutes.
