Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g brown sugar
- 105 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 120 g crème fraîche
- 45 g sunflower oil
- 2 tsp vanilla flavor
- 120 ml water, boiling hot
- n. B. Chocolate drops, optional

so good and so easy and fast
Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt). Add the egg, crème fraîche, oil, and vanilla extract and mix well until smooth. Now add the (boiling) hot water and stir in gently. Don’t worry! The batter will be very runny at this point, but that’s normal and how it should be! Pour the batter evenly into the paper-lined cups of a 12-cup muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway. Finally, sprinkle a few chocolate chips into each cup (this makes everything even more chocolatey, but it’s not necessary!). Bake the muffins for about 15-20 minutes, then let them cool.
