Chocolate muffins – quick recipe

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of water, hot
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased muffin tin (I always use paper baking cups). Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
