Chocolate muffins with chocolate center

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 g fat (shortening)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 chocolate bars (Mars)
  • Paper cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

extraterrestrially delicious, makes 12 pieces

Mix all ingredients into a batter. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and spoon the batter evenly into the cups. Cut the two chocolate bars into 12 pieces and place them in the center of the muffins. Bake at 150°C (convection oven) for 25 minutes on the middle rack. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream, but it’s also delicious cold.
