Chocolate muffins with hot chocolate center

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g flour
  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 100 ml milk
  • ½ bar of chocolate (milk)
  • Grease for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix together all ingredients except the chocolate. Grease muffin tins and fill halfway with batter. Place one piece of chocolate in each muffin tin and pour the remaining batter on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Serve warm. If you don’t like it quite so sweet, simply reverse the flour to sugar ratio.
