Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine, soft
- 180 g fructose
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- 90 g spelt flour
- 90 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 50 g hazelnuts, grated
- 50 g chocolate for diabetics

Recipe for diabetics
Whisk the margarine, sugar, lemon, and eggs until fluffy. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, then quickly fold them into the egg mixture along with the hazelnuts. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a perforated nozzle and pipe nut-sized mounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) and bake for about 10 minutes. Decorate with chocolate.
