Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 15 g baking cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp almond butter
- e.g. agave syrup or other sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
without flour and butter
Mix the ground nuts with the cocoa and add the eggs. Then stir in the almond butter and season with agave syrup. Place the dough in portions on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes. Make sure the cookies remain relatively soft, as they will harden as they cool. Yields approximately 12 medium-sized cookies.
